Customer Comments

"So why did I get this ticket?" asks customer as he slams his ticket down on the counter.

"Well, when you park your car, we want you to park head on - that means that you shouldn't make it look like you reversed or pulled all the way through."

"And why do you do that?!?"

"Well, first of all, it's easier for the officers. If all vehicles are parked in the exact same direction, then they'll be able to see the permit when they drive by."

"So, basically, they're lazy."

"It's also a safety hazard for the officers."

"But, basically, they're lazy."

Whatever.

"So what happens once the appeal is heard?"

"A letter regarding the outcome will be mailed to the address that you put down."

"So you're going to send me a letter?"

"Yup."

"An actual letter?"

"Yup."

"Like a piece of paper?"

No, actually, we're going to use the morse code and send smoke signals.
